  2. Helmet - occasionally need to protect noggin.

Coffee cup - let’s see, I’ve saturated zero keyboards in the last dozen years, so if I destroy this one tomorrow, assuming a typical keyboard costs about $25, that’s a cost of about $.0057 per day for keyboards destroyed by coffee.

Also visible in the picture is a pair of 8 lb weights (soon to be replaced with 16 lb), a camera case, a bunch of books, a Nalgene water bottle, a silicone pad to hold index cards in place while I write notes on the phone, a packing tape dispenser, a tool bag, a jar of 3/4” utility screws (you were with me when i bought them), a Black & Decker tool battery charger, a box of CAT5 network cable with about 200 feet left in it, a socket set, a slide rule, a Firefox coffee cup full of pens, and a coin counter. And of course my computer, monitor, and mouse, and my chair, which does not have a back.

Can you guess what the bottle of 90% isopropyl alcohol is for?

  4. I’m guessing that the alcohol is either to clean your glasses, or to clean printer & projector parts in printers around the office.
