Tom Delay?  This is God… I need your help

Tom Delay is a great defender in the war on Christianity

  Just a little visual aid for some of our Republican friends who seem to have difficulty telling the difference: the one on the right is Jesus, who founded a world religion.  The one on the left is a corrupt politician who wraps himself in the flag and the bible, dishonoring both.

They’re not all that different, though.  Apparently God needs Tom Delay out there every day to defend Him, or humanity will fall into darkness.

One down, how many messianically deluded whackos to go?

  1. I wish I were a psychologist so I can put a name to the kind of insanity exhibited by “those people”.  I searched for a phrase other tha “those people” but couldn’t find it.  Sigh.

  2. The religious right wing has done more to hurt the republican party than help it. I have left the party along with about a million or more others because the religious nuts took over control. It is not much of a choice—socialism from the democrats with an open southern border or being forced to live my the standards of the moral majority. I am more than ready for a third option..neolibertarian any one?
