Click the picture to visit the photo album; below it there’s a link to the same spot in Winter. I’ll try to get a picture of this spot in the Fall too.
Pretty. Most of our apple trees have lost their blooms already, we had an unusually early spring. They were pretty spectacular at the beginning of April, though.
Ours have also lost their blooms and for the same reason. In fact we have had quite a bit of record heat this spring.
After riding past this spot every morning for the last ten years, it just occurred to me that I should get a picture from each season and put them together somehow. Sometimes I realize I’m not all that quick on the draw…
Picassa does weird things on the Touch. The link presents as just text. And if I try to copy, the selection tool misbehaves.
Our apple tree is just blossoming, so I’ll see if I can get a shot this weekend.
Like yours … where exactly on campus?
He is standing on the south walk of the parking lot which has its entrance at the end of Normal Avenue.
The building on the left is the Bowling and Billiards Center, the walk leads to steps going up to the Plaza between the Bone Student Center and Milner library.
When Geo rides his bike, he goes through this spot, carries his bicycle up the steps, then rides onward across the bridge over College Avenue, then down the Quad to the College of Business.
