“Who’s crazier now, Washington Times?”

March 25, 2008

Allright, enough about Obama’s crazy ex-pastor.  You want crazy?  In The Revealer, “a daily review of religion & the press”, Read about a preacher with big-money connections to the Bush administration (and several other Washington pols) who makes Obama’s preacher look like the oracle of reason…

It’s all a matter of perspective, isn’t it?

Apples and Oranges, not any presidential candidates have spent 20 years listening to Moon.

there is no difference between the Christian right wing and the socialist/Christian left wing..both want to curtail your freedom..the method is all they disagree about

Anyone notice that McCain sought (and received) the endorsement of John Hagee?

James & Guy:  You two are very funny on this one!

I would certainly be concerned if Obama had sought Wright’s endorsement.  There’s a lot more going on in most churches than what the pastor says from the pulpit (ask any pastor how much attention people really pay to him).

Glad you enjoyed it Web.  Receiving an endorsement is a far cry from sitting in Church every Sunday and listening to that racist. I don’t think but I might be wrong McCain had his marriage or children baptised by John Hagee. What I am saying is that Obam listened to this for 20 years and did nothing until he decided to run for POTUS, he did nothing as a Senator, he did nothing period other than make a wonderful full of knowns speech. If he doesn’t have the backbone to stand up to a preacher where will he stand against a real threat to the USA?

    1.  My screen name is not “Web”.  It’s really not close, so if you can’t read that correctly …

    2.  Do you know John Hagee’s views?

    3.  Did you actually read (see #1) what I sad about McCain seeking Hagee’s endorsement?  Hagee is so far right he makes you look like a flaming liberal, James!

    4.  Hagee has stated “God caused Hurricane Katrina to wipe out New Orleans because it had a gay pride parade the week before and was filled with sexual sin.”

    5.  Hagee has stated that “All Muslims are programmed to kill and we can thus never negotiate with any of them.”

    6.  Hagee has said “The End Times—Rapture—is imminent and the U.S. Government must do what it can to hasten it, which at minimum requires: (a) a war with Iran and (b) undying, absolute support for a unified Israel, including all Occupied Territories “

    So 4, 5 & 6 are NOT worth repudiating?

Thanks for your attention to this matter.
