I think one should worry if this didn’t happen. Or at least be weary of that brand of soap.
Webs: you know, I usually buy the Schnucks generic, but this time I bought the Dawn. Their commercials are not all hype—that shit can bust out some grease.
Yeah, generic dish soap should run out, its not like you’ll need “branded” dish soaps anyway.
yep, I bought generic and am going back to Dawn. It works.
I buy dish soap that doesn’t have a lot of shit in it. I guess you could call it organic, but it really isn’t. It just has more naturally occurring stuff in it. And surprisingly it still cleans just as well as any other dish soap I have used, maybe even better than some of the generics I have used.
I must admit I haven’t given any thought to dish soap. I am the chief dish washer in our home, but I don’t select the brand. Dish soap comes in two guises for me: 1) we have some; 2) we don’t.
I suppose if I have any environmental pretensions, I better apply myself to every environment-impacting thing that I do.
I’m going to discuss the issue of dish-soap ethics with the quartermaster of this operation, and see whether any alterations of purchase procedures are in order.
