WTF is wrong with this picture?

Add to this that in the Republican “debate”, the candidates either stumbled over sex discrimination in the workplace or condoned it.  Have they ever considered the flip side?  If I were interviewing for a job and the interviewer or final decision maker is gay, would I think it is justified/legal to be denied the job because I am straight?

Sometimes the lack of logic astounds me.
