Occasionally I read the court notes in our local paper and it always winds my shorts:
- 4 years in prison = posessing more than 10 grams of marijuana
- 2 years in prison = beating a woman
- 2.5 years in prison = posessing less than 15 grams of cocaine
- 2.5 years probation = attempting to rob a pizza deliveryman
Does something seem a little out of balance here?
